Breckenridge is in Summit County, Colorado in the heart of the Rocky Mountain ski area, just 1 hour 45 minutes from the Denver International Airport. The town of Breckenridge offers more than 400 boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Activities for the adventurous as well as the relaxed range from winter fun, concerts, golf, hiking, camping, biking, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, shopping or simply relaxing at the spa. Winter in Breckenridge offers excitement and romance with skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowmobiling, cross country or nordic skiing, sleigh rides, helicopter skiing, and of course.....apres-ski.
Summit County boasts 4 ski areas; Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin, all with incredible snow.
